The Border House is located downtown in the heart of the Eureka Springs Historic District, just steps away from Main Street. There is parking on site or you can take advantage of Eureka Springs convenient Trolley System. The depot is just a block from our door. |

of the woods. You will find soothing relaxation in the surprisingly country feeling of this in-town atmosphere. Be sure to find time for a soak in our outdoor hot tub, set in the privacy our most unusual rock bluffs. |

Weekends, experience the Basin Park concerts from one of our three
spacious verandas. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of our
shady Victorian village.

Reservation
Policy:
Reservations will be held with Valid Master Card, Visa or Discover. One half of total charges deposit required at time of reservation. Reservations made within 14 days of your stay will be charged in full at time of reservation.
Check in: 3pm. Check out: 11am. Minimum two nights stay required, three nights may be required on holidays and special events. Cancellations received 15 days prior to the date of arrival will only be subject to a $25.00 booking fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will not receive a refund unless room can be rebooked. You are responsible for reservations made - no refunds on early departures. "No Shows" will be charged in full. Wedding deposits are non refundable. If the weather is inclement and you are unable to keep your reservation, you will receive a gift certificate that is valid up to 60 days from the date of your reservation. All accommodations are non-smoking except in designated areas outside. If smoking occurs in your suite, there is a minimum cleaning charge of $250.00. |
